1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jeetbyzz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to all users of the jeetbyzz platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who interacts with any part of the service.

By using jeetbyzz, you also confirm that you have read and understood the following supplementary policies, which form an integral part of these Terms:

• The Privacy Policy, which governs how jeetbyzz collects, stores, and uses your personal data.
• The Responsible Gaming Policy, which sets out the tools and obligations relating to safe and responsible gambling on the platform.
• Any specific game rules, promotion terms, or bonus conditions published on the relevant pages of jeetbyzz at the time of your participation.

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall be the authoritative text.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use jeetbyzz, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute, non-negotiable requirement with no exceptions.
• You are accessing jeetbyzz from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party, and the funds used in your account are your own and are obtained from legitimate sources.
• You have not previously been excluded from jeetbyzz or had an account closed by us for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not a registered problem gambler on any self-exclusion list maintained by jeetbyzz or any gambling support service that has notified us of your exclusion.
• You are a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal structures may not register as players.

Age Verification

jeetbyzz reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any point during your use of the platform. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, jeetbyzz may restrict withdrawals and certain account functions. If age verification reveals that a player is under 18, the account will be immediately closed, all pending transactions will be reversed, and any winnings accumulated by the minor will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one active account on jeetbyzz. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Registration Requirements

When creating a jeetbyzz account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method. You must update this information promptly if it changes. jeetbyzz is not responsible for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

Account Security Obligations

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your credentials with any third party.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your jeetbyzz account. We recommend a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters of at least 10 characters in length.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jeetbyzz immediately at support@jeetbyzz. We will investigate and may temporarily suspend your account pending the outcome.
• jeetbyzz will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of our commitment to platform integrity and prevention of financial crime, jeetbyzz operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or at any other time we deem it necessary. Failure to complete the KYC process within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jeetbyzz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited within 30 to 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing time.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned, less any applicable transaction fees, and may trigger a KYC review.
• jeetbyzz does not accept deposits made with funds obtained through illegal or fraudulent activities. We reserve the right to report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and internal compliance checks.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. jeetbyzz reserves the right to apply alternative withdrawal methods where this is not feasible.
• Winnings accumulated using bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. See the Bonuses & Promotions section for full details.
• jeetbyzz reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending KYC verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. We will notify you if your withdrawal is subject to such a hold.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jeetbyzz offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The general principles governing bonuses on jeetbyzz are set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be clearly stated in the individual bonus terms.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional offers are limited to one per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through the creation of additional accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential permanent account closure.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bets expire after the period specified in the individual promotion's terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice.
• Game Restrictions: Certain bonus types may only be used on specified games or game categories. Wagering on excluded games while a bonus is active may not count toward wagering requirements or may cause the bonus to be voided.
• Abuse: jeetbyzz reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and any associated winnings if we determine that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, abused, or exploited using strategies designed to circumvent the bonus terms.
• Modification: jeetbyzz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to players who have commenced participation in that promotion.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on jeetbyzz, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC process.
• Opening or operating more than one player account on jeetbyzz, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to play games, place bets, exploit platform features, or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the jeetbyzz platform, including its games, payment systems, and security mechanisms.
• Using jeetbyzz for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation service for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or disguising your true identity or location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any jeetbyzz employee, agent, or other player.

Responsible Gambling Obligations

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that outcomes on jeetbyzz are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) and, in the case of live casino games, by the natural outcome of professionally operated live tables. You accept that jeetbyzz cannot and does not guarantee any financial return on any bet or game played on the platform. You agree to use the responsible gaming tools available on jeetbyzz, including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion, if you feel your gambling habits require management.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the jeetbyzz platform — including but not limited to the jeetbyzz brand name and logo, website design and layout, software and code, game graphics, audio, video, text, and data — is the property of jeetbyzz or its licensed third-party content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jeetbyzz platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or transmit any part of the platform's content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any platform content.
• Use any jeetbyzz branding, logos, or trade marks in any context outside the platform without prior written consent.
• Frame, scrape, or crawl the platform for commercial data aggregation purposes.

Any use of jeetbyzz content beyond the scope of this limited licence requires our prior written approval. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your jeetbyzz account at any time by contacting our support team at support@jeetbyzz. Upon receipt of a closure request, we will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure that is not subject to an active wagering requirement or compliance hold will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Suspension or Closure by jeetbyzz

jeetbyzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete the KYC verification process within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder has previously been self-excluded or excluded by jeetbyzz.
• Any situation where continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to jeetbyzz.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, jeetbyzz reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance, including any bonus funds and associated winnings, at its sole discretion.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeetbyzz, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of the jeetbyzz platform.

In particular, jeetbyzz does not accept liability for:

• Any interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical maintenance, server downtime, third-party service failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss of bets or gameplay sessions resulting from technical errors, connection failures on the player's side, or device incompatibilities.
• Any financial loss arising from your decision to participate in any game, bet, or promotional activity on jeetbyzz, recognising that all gambling involves inherent financial risk.
• Any inaccuracies in displayed odds, scores, or statistics that arise from third-party data feed errors, provided that jeetbyzz acts in good faith to correct such errors promptly upon becoming aware of them.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10 Amendments to These Terms

jeetbyzz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the jeetbyzz platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of jeetbyzz after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 8.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Archived versions of prior Terms may be requested from support@jeetbyzz.
